We always await the Championship season for both football and Hurling and indeed Saturday and Sunday afternoons are a hive of activity with supporters from all counties coming to ensure their flags are flying and their players cheered on to aid the bringing of the Sam Maguire or the Liam McCarthy cups home to their native county.

We in Ireland are very committed supporters of the Premier League in the UK and the Champions league in Europe.
